Got an oil change after receiving a major tune up from Hippensteel a few months back. They've been consistently friendly, thorough, and so easy to communicate and schedule with.

We've always been very satisfied with the service here from the front desk to the mechanics. This time it was my mistake for not including a request for oil changes in our vehicles along with the inspections.

Hippensteel’s never disappoints. We needed new tires to pass inspection, as two tires were dangerously worn. Hippensteel’s may have literally saved our lives.

Service was satisfactorily completed in the time frame promised. In addition to explaining the work done on that invoice, we were also given a list of possible problems that the technician noticed that were not within the scope of the work we were having done. Those items were also explained and if we chose to, we could address them at a later time, either individually or all together. We were very satisfied with the attention given to us and we will be taking our car back for future service.

While wait was lengthy , understand service being performed was to ensure the alignment was complete and steering wheel was straight.
