Every body was really nice. They told me about long it would take them to do antifreeze flush and they took vehicle almost soon I got there and was done before the time they said. Had nice chairs to sit in and free coffee. They did good job

I was a ball of nerves when my engine light came on…failure of the ford garage to fix my car properly…a good friend recommended Hippensteel Auto. When I called for an appt. I was immediately taken under the wing of Megan who eased my anxiety. They quickly got me scheduled and diagnosed my problem. The part was ordered and installed on the day the day of receiving it…I’ll never go back to the dealership…I trust Hippensteel Auto to be my go to for servicing my car

I really appreciate everyone involved.in getting my car fixed after 3 different shops couldn't do it. They were able to get my car back when I really need it. Fair price for great work. I will bring my car back to finish items that need addressed. Call them if your having problems with your Mercedes. Highly recommended.
