1st time at Hippensteel for a Enhanced inspection on my 2011 Subaru...Great experience except for the sales tax paid ...Copart sales slip $1,650 ...But was charged bottom line with all auction fees that turned out to be around $50 more ....I have had other shops do Enhanced inspection and Penn Dot in Harrisburg never charge bottom line...! I know Hippensteel did not make any more money just the Pa State did ..

Horrible communication when picking up my vehicle, I was in contact with them and told them when I was able to pick up my car and they did not tell me they would be closed so I got dropped off and had to walk home because they told me they would see me that morning, even though they planned on being closed. I would not recommend doing business here.
