First time using this garage, they were great to work with very reasonable.

We waited on our vehicle and it was no time until the problem was resolved and taken care of and we were back on the road home. Great service. Friendly staff too.

Very pleased with the professionalism of Mike. Mike kept me in the loop the whole time they had my van. Mike even took time while not working and on his personal time to call me because I wasn’t available during the day.

Mike & his Team have always taken very good care of us, our whole family. We've been coming to Hippensteels for over 20 yrs & they have always worked with us. We've had every kind of car issue over the years, no matter what it was, they got us up & running. We purchased a car also that Mike restored, very nice, we've had cars towed & they provide a Free Loaner when our car is in the shop. That's a really great service that we truly appreciate. We took our car to Hippensteels to get a second opinion on our car after a different garage would not pass it for inspection and tried selling us a new car.. Something didn’t feel right with our first service. Mike and his team were able to get our car in quickly and resolve the issue with very minimal cost.
