Very timely help in replacing an almost dead battery. Got battery delivered, installed (by fitting me in to their busy schedule) and back on the road ... all in 1 1/4 hours.

Service was completed at scheduled time with satisfactory results findings were explained and suggestions given if problem should return.

Work was started on or before time that was scheduled and completed and explained satisfactorily would recommend them to perform work on @ny vehicle.

Thank you so much for your service. We were traveling from NY to Florida and our alternator broke. Hippensteel came to our rescue and one of there managers put on his tool belt and fixed are car in just under 3 hours. We were able to continue our trip. We would highly recommend Hippensteel. The entire staff was friendly and gracious to us. The manager told me when I left “I did what I would want someone to do for me if I was stuck with my family on the road”.
