From a person who has had experience in a vehicle that was bought from you It has broke down multiply times and the person got it a month ago from you so their for you knew about a problem but didn't say anything about the problem!!

They replaced my driver side ball joint and as they were doing that work they found problems with my passenger side ball joint which they then fixed as well. Very glad they found it and fixed it right away!

Good local shop. My VW was misdiagnosed at the dealer, so I brought it to Hippensteel, and they were able to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it for half the price. Awesome repair shop!!!
