There not people ill deal with again

Just moved here from out of state. First time using them and they were helpful with all my questions about state inspections, driving in the snow, and proper maintenance of my vehicle for cold weather. I would recommend them because of their good and honest work ethic as well as them being a small family business that helps to support the community of Newville. I have also used them as a Uhaul drop off location which was smooth and easy.

My 2016 Ram EcoDiesel is what you call a high maintenance vehicle. I was due for air and fuel filter changes. Since my vehicle was in the dealers service shop for recall items, they priced me out a cost for the filters. I contacted Hippensteel’s and they priced me almost half of what the dealer did! Great service, consistent updates through the timeline they are performing service...why go anywhere else! Thanks for taking such good care of me and my finicky truck!

We recently moved from Texas and after taking care of all the required paperwork to become residents, the last item was inspection. We brought 3 vehicles on 2 separate days to Hippensteels and they were excellent in their customer service. Jobs were done when scheduled, and finished on time. We will use this company for all of our automotive needs in the future.

We recently had some major issues with our Saturn. Hippensteel Garage made all the necessary repairs, and our 2007 Saturn runs like new. The folks at Hippensteel Garage are truly a team of professionals who are knowledgeable about repairing vehicles, but as importantly, are courteous in all their interactions with the customer. They kept us fully informed as parts were ordered, and as repairs were made. When the job was done, they emailed us that our Saturn was ready for pickup - even sent us a pic of the car. As always, excellent and honest service. They don’t replace an entire wiring harness if only a connection needs to be repaired. Easy communication. They diagnose issues very specifically and are up front with estimates before repairs. Real mechanics (who figure out component problems instead of just replacing everything) and professional ladies at the front desk. Highly recommend. Thanks!
